- Mrs. Stella Chinyelu Okoli (MON) - Chairman
Mrs. Stella Okoli (MON), the founder and CEO of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. She has B.Pharm (Hom.) degree from Bradford University (1969), M.sc. Bio-pharmaceutics, University of London - Cheasea College (1971); attended Executive Management programs of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA for owner managers 1997 -1999. She also attended the Chief Executive Management program of the I,agos Business School. Has attended numerous strategic management courses both in Nigeria and overseas. Has over 27 years of experience as a practicing/manufacturing pharmacist.
She worked in various capacities at Middlesex Hospital London, Boots Chemists London, and Park Davis Nigeria before opening a retail outlet Emzor Chemists Ltd in 1977. Ten years later the manufacturing plant of the company was commissioned. It has since introduced over 50 successful products in Nigeria and the West African Coast.
She is a member of many national and international professional and business associations. She is a recipient of a National honour - a Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) by the Federal Government of Nigeria. She is currently the National Vice President of the Nigeria Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry Mines and Agriculture.
She has won many National and International Awards, in recognition of her contribution to the industry and social change. She supports many nonprofits organization and has a passion for promoting safe motherhood and child health in Nigeria.
She is married with children and loves music, travelling and meeting people.
- Mr. Emeka Okoli - Director
Mr. Emeka Okoli is the EMEA Equities Portfolio Risk Manager of Merrill Lynch Europe Plc, based in London.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Okoli worked for Sema Group Telecoms from 1995 to 2000 in London and Paris as a Senior Analyst Developer on a Customer Care and Billing System for Mobile Telephony Networks.
Born in London and raised in Nigeria, Mr Okoli earned a B.Eng in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University College London in 1995. While at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Okoli gained an M.Sc. degree in Mathematical Trading and Finance from the Cass Business School, City University London.
Mr. Okoli is married and has a keen interest in sports, especially rugby and in aviation, sailing and SCUBA diving.
- Mrs. Uzoma Ezeoke - Director
Mrs. Uzoma Ezeoke is one of the Directors of Emerald Pharmacy, Nevada, USA, from 2000 to date.
Prior to the establishment of Emerald Pharmacy Mrs. Ezeoke worked for Boots Chemist London from 1995 to 2000.
